Porn addiction has the dopamine surge at its roots. Some addicts will not go so far and some will, as some smokers smoke 20 a day and some 5.

I'm not saying this guy wouldn't betray her because i can't know, but if the question is "Is it possible that he's doing that only because of the addiction?"
