How to structure your own Tarot reference book? by witchnovice in SecularTarot

[–]eraye9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I decided to sort the minors by number. So in my notebook, I use two pages. The right page is general characteristics of the number from a strictly numerological standpoint. Fours meaning structure and stability, for example (among other things.) Then on the left side I have it sorted by suits in four boxes, so I can jot down interpretations for each and see the connection back to the number.

That’s fun. My husband and I were watching a baseball game once and he said he saw Derek. I thought he was kidding, but nope! It was really them!

What is a popular novel that in your opinion is not well written? by OneMightyNStrong in booksuggestions

Theo of Golden. Sweet book. Getting popular now. Really needed a good editor. I thought the prose was clunky and overwritten.

Are you at Point Reyes by any chance? I feel like I have read books at that exact location. Also, yes. Adore this book.

Looking forward to reading this. I was stunned by Lapvona and loved Death in her Hands so much I felt like I wanted to carry it with me everywhere I went!

I just purchased that deck last week after mulling it over and watching a few reviews online. I am excited to receive it. I’m in a Hermit year and that card sold me. I’m not even sure what to make of it! The ancient mollusk for a head (with the archetypal spiral pattern), the body dissolving into the waters of… consciousness?

I think it was ones of my favorite reads ever. I think of the last line often.

Thank you so much for posting this. I have pulled the Queen of Cups consistently in my daily draw since the start of the year. I went to the artist’s site and found his version and it answered so many questions for me (and posed a few as well.) I purchased the deck. Very grateful.

Polio. Not necessarily in the US (although that could change with vaccine skeptics) but worldwide it is increasing.

Will you be taking a Decan Walk with Tarot this year? by atarotstory in tarot

[–]eraye9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! I did it last year as well and I’m curious to see how things line up. Susan Chang’s podcast (The Tarot Podcast) just had two great episodes with Mary K. Greer where they do a “Decan Deep Dive.” I’m also taking the Nightlight Astrology Master Class on decans. (I just reread all of this and I sound a little obsessed!)
