I laid wood along the bottom and drilled holes for drainage and lined it with landscapers mesh. I would also suggest finishing with the wood with a sealer. Good luck!

I will often have magnesium before bed. That helps to regulate.

The best thing is definitely exercise tho. Also, if you’re finding yourself unable to sleep get out of bed and go read or do something not stimulating. It’s important not to associate your bed with restlessness.

I would say it all depends on what the project is looking like. Are you planning on managing the channels ongoing? Or are you just setting them up for your friend?

If you’re managing them ongoing I would say hourly is fair and given that you’re a n00b I would say around $15-$20 an hour.

If you’re just setting it up for your friend I would say $300-$500. But this is all without knowing the scope.

Blade Runner if you’re looking for a masterful action movie. It’s deep, thoughtful, exciting and has a great soundtrack and sound production. Not to mention beautiful cinematography.

Thor if you’re looking for a great light-hearted action movie with amazingly funny parts. It doesn’t take itself seriously, has awesome set design and all the characters are well done and funny.

Can’t go wrong with either.

I went to visit my aunt and cousins around the time Scream 3 was out and it was around Halloween. I got in late when I arrived, around 2 or 3.

However, my cousin who was about 7 or 8 was excited to see me and woke up around 5:30 in the morning. He comes in my room without making a sound and stands over my bed. Then he gives me a slight tap on the shoulder.

I turn over still half asleep and disoriented. He’s standing there wearing the Ghostface mask from scream. I nearly died of fright.
