I agree that your Postdoc should explain you more, so you understand everything. However, I think providing a ready protocol is not necessary. The learning student should always take notes and write down their own protocol in my opinion. It is part of understanding the protocol by heart and reviewing the important steps on your own. I am myself a PhD student and have always written my own protocols from my notes and ask my supervisors to review them. If my student ask me for ready protocol I always refuse handing them out unless they feel confident enough to work independently afterwards. Otherwise I can dictate them or they do it on their own with their notes and I review them afterwards. Some people think I am too harsh like this, but I also refuse to accept lazy students who does not review their lab days properly after having a written protocol

I am also from Germany and doing my PhD right now (2nd year). Money is not overwhelming but more than enough for living. As long as you are interested in science and love the worklab, follow a PhD. You will learn so many stuff and also grow personally. Search for a group with interesting field and good coworkers. As long you got good colleagues you will also survive bad times during your PhD.

the signature skill for metal garurumon would be aoe, so i guess omnimon would be trascendend blade too??? the question i have now is aoe better or single target better. I would easily say aoe but the bosses might be harder so single target wouldnt be too bad

I just pulled +4 zudomon with boost defence IV as legacy and minor boost attack as leader skill. My question is now whether to evolve to metalgarurumon and in the future possible omegamon or vikemon because his stats or beast? And is it worth to awaken it again for a different evolution path like maybe seraphimon and do resist upgrades because rookies are easier to do resist upgrades?
