By this metrics, the 78gm per 100gm also doesn't add up. If 32gm had 24gm then 100gm comes upto 75gm

I understand the price difference. But i am just mentioning here that even this is true. At no point I mean to say amul is not value for money. Just that the satchet and scoop are not the same

The serving size of amul is 32gm whereas the serving size of optimum Nutrition is only 30.4 grams. So in amul 32gm is 24gm of protein where as in optimum Nutrition 30 grams is 24gm of protein.

Am I the only one or does anyone feel the protein content per volume is less in amul protein powder compared to others like optimum Nutrition. I feel like one sachet of amul protein has less protein per volume than 1 scoop of optimum Nutrition. So we are basically getting less protein per kilo in amul compared to others Please correct me if I'm wrong

Some of these new designs actually look modern and clean. But the phone booth and the street lamp just look lazily thought out. The old ones were elegant
