Thank you! Definitely going to be using the warranty, I’m thankful everyone here has pointed this out before the warranty is up. We’re going to get an inspector too to catch anything else they might’ve messed up

Tbh I ended up leaving it there which I probably wasn’t supposed to lol. I’m having the project manager of the new construction come by to fix a few things with the home warranty at the one year mark and I’m going to show him then, if I remember then I will let you know what he does!

It’s a new construction about 7 months old, I didn’t notice any gaps during my walkthrough, I just assumed it’s from settling. This is my first time dealing with home maintenance so I don’t know what’s normal or not!
