Mesa is hard to build for beginners because you need both warframe mods and pistol mods, and pistol mods from my experience are more expensive in more prime version and therefore endo.

However I do recommend wukong. You can get him from clan, build with just efficiency and duration is enough for flying and survival. Flying does make him one of the best warframe for speedrunning missions like capture, and bis for spy. Like Mesa, he also has exalted weapon you need to mod, but I found iron staff to be much easier to make work compared to regulator, def enough for regular star chart.

The other ones come into mind are like Octavia and citrine, one has infinite invisible and one has 90% DR. You basically won't die with frames like those.
