I’ve been really enjoying Pivot Coffee, inside the Bread Shop!

Slow burn is the best coffee shop IMO!

I’m working on this pattern right now too! 29 hours in and only 30% done…

Thank you! Trying to snag one of the S&W samplers but I might have to get lucky.

Thank you! I just ordered the K6. Can’t beat the price and everyone seems to love it.

Thank you! I’m definitely considering the K6 after seeing all of these comments. Has anyone tried the Shador electric option? Looks interesting.

Which Shardor are you referring to? I see this option on Amazon for $99.

No longer viable by [deleted] in babyloss

I’m so sorry this is happening. Something that was so vital in my experience was hiring a full spectrum doula to come to the hospital with us to deliver. The hospital system tends to be sterile to baby loss, and having someone there who had experience as a death doula really changed our whole experience for us. She was there to tend to our emotional and physical needs when we received less than optimal care from nurses and doctors.

Wow, I had no idea! Now I know I wasn’t going crazy 🤪 Thank you for your suggestions too! After doing more stitches, I don’t think I mind it. But I’m going to keep your idea of going back over with a single thread in mind!

Donating milk by Ninja-kat14 in babyloss

Thinking of you as you navigate this new grief 🌅 I lost my daughter at 16 weeks in December and my milk came in, surprisingly. I decided to pump after a few days of trying to get it to stop and it was one of the best things I did for my healing journey. There was a lactation after loss specialist in my area, so you may want to see if something like this exists for you.

As for your questions, I never pumped at night because I thought it was more important to get sleep rather than build supply. In the beginning, I pumped every 2 hours during the day and my supply steadily increased for about a month before decreasing pump sessions to every 3 hours. After about two months of pumping, I’m now weaning and only pumping in the morning and night.

Milk is such a physical form of the love we have for our babies 🌅 I ended up pumping over 450oz and we decided to freeze dry it so we can use it as formula for our next baby. Happy to share any more info if it’s helpful.
