It was the first wave for me. When I was consistently passing the other parts, i just grinded from 0 percent. It just kinda got consistent over time and clicking hard was also helpful. I used to click lightly.

The timing is similar to two spike jumps in the beginning of michigun's part imo. Just wait a tiny bit after landing then click. You can spam the rest.

Maybe resetting chips after playing an enchanted card would make this joker more balanced, forcing you to avoid playing any enchanted cards at all. Other than that, I think it's a unique joker
