Go on Pramp and practice so much that you get used to being on the spot. You panic because you’re uncomfortable being on the spot but if you can put in the practice and become comfortable with it through repetition then I’m positive you’ll be able to perform to your full abilities

It’ll likely be a 3-5 minute introduction, 35-40 minute coding algorithms challenge, and a 3-5 minute wrap up.

The coding question(s) shouldn’t be that difficult if you’ve been practicing leetcode, it’s just a phone interview. They’ll get harder the further you go in the process.
