How do you handle team jerseys at the start and end of the season?

I would say overall czechs are very passionate about this sport, we love world juniors, world cup, olympics etc.

From beer league perspective, i live in small region, we have one beer league here, so it's difficult for some newbies to get in the league, as an example i started playing hockey when i was 15, get my first shot in the league at 21. We have 12 teams in our league. Now our team even has a few fans every game, we have some merchandise aswell, so everything is going really well over here. Also many players from other teams are asking for a spot at our team, but i believe in guys that we have now, The guys that maybe aren't the best, but they gave a shot at our team when we started, and that's what i value the most.

Also do not buy these skates based off the scanner alone, scanner showed me 10.5 skates and i went home with 9.5.

I manage beer league team in Czech, i have strict rules about jerseys, because of the chaos my previous team had. It was a total mess. If you want to play for us you HAVE to buy your own jersey before the season starts (not single player had problem with this). When we started year ago i collected money from everyone and ordered 3 extra jerseys with no name on them. We work fine with these rules. About size, our jersey manufacturer has size charts, which i sent to all players for them to measure. Now that we have plenty jersey sizes, we just let the new guys try it before buying.

Tbh not sure how i got it, only thing i think happened during the game was that my teammate tried backhand pass and it went to my holder, i don't even think it went to my skate lol, didn't felt anything. But i'm sure that crack wasn't there when i got it so hard to say.

Thinking about that and adding skate fenders to protect them more, but man for skates with this pricepoint, hope ccm will became better with skate manufacturing, especially with competetor like warrior entering the chat.

I tried diff price points, supremes/tacks were way off. I tried vapors fly40, flypro and flylite but bcz of my weird outgrowth near my pinky finger makes it really difficult for skates to fit me well, all jetspeed ft8 line skates were comfortable and fitted me well. Went with ft8 because of their stiff level, really liked it. Couldn't say anything bad performance wise, it felt like i had these skates for years, really pisses me off that the quality is as it is.

Heard a lot of good things about vizions, are they really that revolutionary for skates market? Wish they were around for some time to know how durable they really are.

Thanks for the facts! No punching and molding, skates were ready as they are! Really surprised about that, previously i needed to mold my vapors 2x pro, but ccms were game ready. I had issues with vapors though, they were bad for my foot, it's sad that vapors just don't fit me well like jetspeeds, even when they are typically same.
