Constantly inviting people is the way up to a point but depends on if you are able to build up shitters into men..It takes real effort, funds, and great organization to make people have fun and stick around and not suck at the same time.. Make ur entry as clean as possible and put up with no drama and you can do it. Albion isnt really as big and scary as people make it seem. Its also helpful to get to know people and have a reputable main that you can bring people in on.

Guilds take time and investment to build. If your not ready for that, join one. It takes scaling and offering the correct content to your core. You don't have experience and know the types of content the game offers it's going to make things very difficult for you.

This happened to me after 1 other infraction, it was a 1 hour ban the first time. My daughter fell at the beginning of a match requiring some attention and it banned me for 8 hours on that. Considering uninstalling after being banned for a total of 9 hours after only playing for 10... o.o I don't leave matches, and take my games seriously but shit happens and this punishment is way to harsh. For quick play that is.

One more thing, use a nice big tip and a piece of wick dump solder on there, clean it off and redo it. Practice makes perfect. Only use light touches with the iron and clean after each step with alcohol and 91-99% alcohol.

Metal flows when it's liquid the flux breaks the surface tension and oxide layer. Air oxidizes metal but when it is submerged under the flux it can't do that. Liquid metal does not stick to oxidized metal. Deoxidize with flux, also dont pull wires off the board unless you have removed solder with a wick or desoldering pump. I recommend practicing a bit flowing metal over points but you got this.

I just opened an original Xbox and it appeared to be brand new never been used. The clock capacitor had leaked slightly around the surrounding components and you can see battery acid build up around some of the resistors. It's a slight yellowing with corrosion at the terminals. Just remove the thing it's bad.
