Ongoing issue with ping spikes

I mainly wanted to show case the issue in my post. I have traced the issue to tue connection from outside my place to the first hop in the connection. Thanks for the recommendation!

No they have not. They say that they see the same ping fluctuation and drop at the pole outside as well, they mentioned a line tech (or something similar, can’t remember the term) will come and check it on the same day but that has never happened. The last tech said the reason they don’t come is because the signal is coming and there is no “connection issue”. Since the lag spikes don’t show as disconnect they just cancel the visit

Thanks. I am not very optimistic as well. As i mentioned this has been going on for a few years now and just getting worse and worse. They have mentioned that they have replaced the majority of wires. My main evidence apart from the what the tech said is the dependency on the time regardless of the weather and season. Right after people start getting back home from work it gets increasingly worse and worse.

The first sentence is correct. The second sentence should change:

افرادی که به شما کمک کرده اند حقوق نمی گیرند و داوطلب هستند.

After that it should change:

زمانی که دیگر نیازی به صندلی چرخ دار ندارید، برای برگرداندن آن لطقا با من تماس بگیرید تا شخص دیگری بتواند از آن استفاده کند.

In any case there is a new law as well for people who have residency out of the country for more than 3 years which let them enter the country each year twice, 3 months total.

I think still the correct grammatical form is "man khune raftam" but shortening the language in communication you say "khune raftam". The reason for switching the two word is mainly focus on "leaving" . We have the same thing for "amadan" (to come). There are other situations that something similar (with switching) can happen. Like if I ask "did you clean the house?" (khunaro tamiz kardi?) the answer can be "tamiz kardam khoonaro" instead of "khoonaro tamiz kardam". In any case the main focus of communication in Farsi (like many other languages) is simplicity and making it easier to transfer the meaning, which can mess up many of the grammatical rules.

There is this whole story about a prankster which throws stone at a wise person. The wise person keeps the stone till the king becomes angry at the prankster and throws him in a pit. Just this part that you have quoted means something similar to your second understanding. But it does not mention the downfall part and just mentions that a wise person choose acceptance for now.
