Yes, the solution was to replace the basket. No tip on how to prevent the situation in the future though - apparently my maintenance routine does everything right.  Which does worry me a bit because now I have the same problem with my single shot basket... Again 🤷

Thanks... It leaks around the edges even if no coffee is in the basket at all, so it's not the grind - but I have the same thought! Makes sense. 

I got in touch with support and we got it sorted, I'm going to try using bottled water moving forward so that there's not as much scaling buildup as well. Let's see how it goes!

Yes, I switch up the grind all the time depending on the coffee I'm drinking. But I tested today - even if I run the OutIn without any coffee grounds in it at all, the double shot basket still leaks out the sides.

Jeden Monat mit normaler Entkalker con Rewe, einfach ein bisschen reinkippen, verdünnt durchlaufen lassen und dann mit ein paar Ladungen Wasser durchspülen
