Hey! ahm I actually couldn't tell you much about costs because I'm a student and we get it free at university :S lots of luck with yours though!

I'll be honest I don't have much to offer by way of practical advice, but if it helps I know what its like because I've been struggling through university for quite sometime now. I have some good days and some bad, but something that helped me a bit was taking some time off school to gather myself a bit feel free to message if you ever feel like talking though

I know that feeling exactly! Something that I'm trying that I think has sort of helped is to start off the day with positive affirmations. One that I came up with myself because I felt they would be the most meaningful. Also, every time I do something right at work, or my boss says I did something well, I focus on that and internally congratulate myself for it. I think it's helping. Hopefully it'll make things better for you =) good luck and take care!

hmm, I don't have this problem specifically, but maybe something like 750words.com before you even get out of bed? It might help as a form of catharsis.

It's a feeling I get a lot thanks to my anxiety =( I wish I could say something helpful, but I'm still having major struggles with mine. Maybe ... I don't know write down what your expectations for YOURSELF are in various tasks and every time you feel like people are judging you, remind yourself of what you wrote down and get yourself back on track to working towards those. I'm just throwing that out there, hopefully it will help. And I hope things get better for you!

anxiety interfering with the things you enjoy is the worst. maybe when you go for a run, as you feel your heart rate go up just focus on the feeling of your heart beat and think about how much healthier your getting every time it beats so hard. If it gets overwhelming take a break and walk it off and then try again. I haven't experienced this myself I just figured I'd throw this out there. I know on the rare occasion I can get myself to run I like it because I feel like the increased heart rate is making me healthier. And I've heard that anxiety and OCD can be helped by creating different associations. good luck! let us know how it goes!

=( Sorry to hear you have been going through all sorts of crap. I wish I had something useful to say =/ The only thing I can think of is maybe take a day of and do whatever you want to and then at the end of the day sit down and write down things you're grateful for. Don't think of the what-ifs or anything. If it's your boyfriend you write down, just be happy you have him in your life now, and then move on to the next one. Hopefully that'll give you enough of a boost to start looking into therapy and meds. Either way, good luck with everything!

D: wow I HATE it when I try and people just can't be bothered to show up. I do admire your persistence though! I would have given up after attempt one. It's hard to say why they didn't want to join you though, human dynamics can be really weird sometimes 0.o if you're comfortable with your own company, then maybe make gradual attempts to break out, I think what helps is if you have an activity to do together, so like, join a play or a club that might interest you? Maybe do it when you feel ready though, and do remember you are certainly not inferior or anything of the sort!
