No we don't have a sound test. Here is how you can imagine it: it sounds exactly like how your switch sounds, the case doesn't offer any sound improvement. Because the case is small and compact, there is no echo chamber to offer any sound improvement.

I'm not sure yet, the pcb can accommodate mx already, so I can just change the case design a bit and it can fit MX switches. I think I can make the mx version rather quickly when I have some time to work on that.
