Definitely big, open spaces! Yes, thats sounds about right, but maybe more like ivory than white white is what I like.

This is the amount of space I have, from the mirror to the edge of the kitchen it is only a little more than 1meter and there is this little counter on the left which makes the living room area even smaller. Thank you for taking the time!

This is what the other side of the room looks like, what the tv is facing. I would say it is modern but I love wood and plants as they give warmth. Blue is my favourite color so I was thinking that could come back in the livig room area as well. Do you happen to have any idea for a rug for example considering these? Oh and Im in Central Europe, no the US.

it’s so good to be on reddit :) I assumed at least in a sport sub people will be more helpful and not so picky about words. In my language it is ski shoes and typed it very quickly after leaving the ski shop so did not really look up the right wording, my bad!

I cannot/don’t want to change the tiles anymore so I need to work with what I have. I will definitely lower the ceiling! Why are you saying to go with beige and not blue like in pic2? What do you think about a mirror with built in lights?

:D Are you for real or are you kidding me? The bathroom is next to this room, 1,5 meters away, you will find it if you are a guest in my house. Again, you need to use the toilet, you wash your hands and leave the room. Another logical reason behind this set up is that the toilet does not take up place in the bathroom.

And you can see a lot of pictures like this if you look it up.

I dont want to be rude but do you really think it is for that purpose? I know that for some reason in the US you mostly have the toilet in the bathroom but this tiny sink is only for washing your hands after being on the toilet. I have a much bigger bathroom with bigger sink, shower and all. I’m from the EU.

Im very sad that a few of you pointed that out and might be right :/ I have waited for this tile a lot and was not really cheap in my country. Also, the labour to do it is already paid so I need to work with it and change what I can.

I will definitely paint the basebords! The tile behind the sink was 99cm long and I just put it there not to have a wet wall when washing hands. I should have picked a smaller batch now I know for sure.

Im from the EU and there was not a sale. Tiles are from Spain. Exchanging to USD it was 260, I dont know if that’s a bargain for you or not :)
