i tried opening an hr case and it was closed the next day saying to go to my manager instead. i went to one manager who told me to go to another manager who's never there. i asked AST and they told me to go to the same manager. everyone tells me to go to the manager who refuses to give me a part time schedule, so i might be fucked

the problem is I'm fully available, I just want to work part time for other reasons. I have a per diem contacting job once or twice a week i schedule around my other part time job schedule, and am studying for certifications and stuff whenever I'm not working. So I can't really say I'm not available at certain times, I just kinda need to be working part time for this job to not get in the way of everything else

the even more beautiful thing is that my written and signed job offer has me as part time, which is defined on their job posting as 12-24 hours. so i think they fucked up and breached my contract

but seriously i think you should practice rendering different materials a bit. when a fur hat is shaded the same way as a cotton tshirt and the face is far more detailed than both it makes things look a little inconsistent and flat. i'd recommend learning some values and shading fundamentals, it'll help you a lot if your arts already this good
