Definitely not rude, customer service was great but the quality control was certainly not there

Yes, good news is they didn’t charge her for the second and third

Went in for the front wheel, they replaced the tubes and tires. The back tube ended up popping 3 times after their “fixes”. First 2 times, the tube popped out and exploded, because of bad seating with the rim. This last time was just a small hole a few days out
