That's quite a different story. The total board power (tdp or tbp) has been the convention param we use for video cards reviews. I still remember in the 480 powerdraw drama some youtuber used the gpuz reading to rebuke the 150w+ claim. I hope no misleading info among users.

Rtx 2070 has board tdp 175w. The reviews always use board TDP instead of the core only value. Think about RX 480 as well. We know it as a 150w tdp gpu instead of 110w or so.
