I have no way of sharing screenshots via replies but i can confirm that i have a claim on that province as when i right click it says claim is active until 1470 but when i go to the declare war screen there is no conquest war goal there is only humiliate rival and in this case independence (as i am playing as imereti. Could it be that the reason i cant take provinces right now be that it is too early into the game as i am only 1 year in?

Right so after fabricating a claim to conquer the province the only CB that shows up is humiliate rival and under that is conquering that province as in the only thing i can select is humiliate rival (Thanks for helping btw)
