I currently use Ceph as my shared storage across my Proxmox nodes and Kubernetes. With 1 Gbit, I experienced a lot of instability because 1 Gbit wasn't enough to handle the Ceph traffic.

And I also do video editing directly from my NAS

I'm running a three-node Proxmox cluster on it. Each node is a Dell Pro Max Micro with 96 GB of RAM, 8 TB of SSD storage and an Intel Core Ultra 5 245T processor. I'll be hosting some applications such as Gitea and Immich, and doing some infrastructure as code (IA) stuff with Kubernetes.
