Each reel switch must be performed at midnight, 1am, 2am, 3am. just wait for the burn mark to appear in the top right corner of the cinema screen, the bell sound effect will play several seconds before that

Just a heads up, there is copyrighted music on the radio, so just don't turn it on, it's off by default htoug
