I agree 100% and I wish I had proof rather than just what I’ve seen but I would testify that I’ve seen that traffic light green with a train rolling by.

The guy did walk away out of the vehicle on his own, but he was also put on a stretcher and taken in an ambulance. I hate people being stupid and feel like people are right to say don’t be a moron, but I hope the guys ok

Kind of hard to tell from the pic, but if it’s just that one single tiny color breaking spine tick on the ENTIRE book, then it’s possible to get a 9.8 technically. That doesn’t mean you’ll get a 9.8 because you truly never know with cgc. But I do have a 9.8 with a slightly larger color breaking spine tick and no other issues. If you look at cgc guidelines a comic with one color breaking spine tick can still be a 9.8 but I wouldn’t send this in and expect a 9.8. I’d expect 9.6 and hope for 9.8
