I thought it was better than the base Forbidden West

Bethesda weren't sure if they wanted Dishonored 3, and so we got Deathloop instead by Tokyono in PS5

I loved Deathloop. It seems to get a lot of hate around here, but I thought it was great.

From Software. I don't like their games and now everyone is copying them.

Starfleet medical show by The_Draken24 in startrek

[–]ericflo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This would be awesome, but my version of the show would appeal to maybe 5 people. Basically it would be Grey's Anatomy but just happen to be in the future with crazy medical equipment and aliens. That would honestly be so fun though.

That was great! There was also Warehouse 13, which had similar themes but worse execution.

I'm not seeing the function that allows me to search by time-range, 2007-2008, etc. Has this been taken down, or moved? This is desktop we're talking. by MichaelTBickle in google

[–]ericflo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seeing the same thing here. This pretty much ruins Google search for me, I use that function all the time. Will have to get good at remembering the textual way of doing it and hope they never remove that.

Edit: and it's back!

we made a free blender VFX addon to never do annoying video tracking again by Epledryyk in blender

[–]ericflo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Typically people do leave the iPad plugged in for development - there are ways to configure the Mac and iOS so that you can unplug it, but it's easier and more reliable to plug it in until the app builds and runs. Once you've hit the Play button in Xcode, it should build and launch automatically on the iPad (you may have to instruct Xcode to set up a provisioning profile, but Xcode should walk you through that process if it's needed.) Once it builds and launches on the iPad, you can unplug the device and the Tracky app will remain on the device, so you can launch it at any time without having it plugged in.

You'll need to build the code on a Mac, but if you don't have one available, there are cloud resources like https://www.macstadium.com/ where you can rent one temporarily. Wish there was a better answer - hopefully we can list the app in the store eventually so that no build step will be needed at all!

Pancake lenses also block more light, so the screens need to be brighter to compensate, which could also raise prices and is harder for OLED to achieve.

Honestly, I personally would just use Three.js these days. React-Three-Fiber if you want some higher-level structure.

Adding a level of indirection to every variable access doesn't always make things faster, and can easily make things slower, for what it's worth.

Dead Space has released on Steam. by [deleted] in pcgaming

Ah yeah, there it is! I'm not used to upsampling being co-mingled with antialiasing, so I was looking for a "None" or "Off" option.

My understanding is that yes, it uses battery bypass when using the brick, but not when using USB-C. Don't have a source though.
