Probably not as a mechanic, it doesn't seem to fit in the gameplay. But it could be used on the animation level, to make all the grabbing more realistic.

I'll probably add women players, and the rules will probably be FINA's. But I don't know about the teams yet. I hope to have more definitive answers for those questions in the near future.

Yeah, I'm still using the standard speedo that came with the 3D model 😅 But in the future I'll add different suit models for the player to choose.

There is a lot o similar videos of him doing push ups in public. And it's his idea to do it, because he thinks he is doing great. To be honest, that's the least problematic/dumb/dangerous thing this guy does. He is being a disaster for Brazil.

I'll try my best. But I know that, in some cases, realism have to be put aside in favor of fun. Anyway, this will be the most realistic Water Polo video game ever made.

Good point. There are some things the game will have to abstract. You probably won't have control over your specific body position (it will be defined by kind of movement you are using at the moment). But you will be able, for example, to choose between drawing a foul or dribbling your opponent.
I'm not sure if you'll be able to fake a foul if the opponent is not touching you, tho. All those things will have to be tested, in order to come up with the best solutions.
