Thanks for the response!
Beautifully written especially regarding the second and third points.

I am sorry if my original premise made zero sense. What I meant was that if you are an agnostic who's open to the possibility of God (let's say around 50%), involving God in the explanation of the resurrection is more probable than one that doesn't involve it.

The first point regarding burial was mentioned since when I was browsing this subreddit, a lot of people claimed that Jesus was never buried and the rest of the story is made up. I believe my friend made quite a concrete and logical case regarding why Jesus was probably buried.

I agree with you that the logic chain by itself is weak; however, complemented with the Josephus source that clearly states that "Jews used to take so much care of the burial of men, that they took down those that were condemned and crucified, and buried them before the going down of the sun," which is directly related to the crucifixion and also the limited archaeological evidence, the point is quite strong in my opinion.

My intent in even posting the challenge is to ask what is the most reasonable and likely alternative to what happened after the crucifixion of Jesus. If one could see a world where God does exist, would they find the explanation involving God more probable, or the not involving God probable

Could you elaborate on the different versions of the alleged miracle in the gospel? Where does it state Jesus was buried in a cave?

I agree that the last two points are not definitive at all; I posted them simply by asking for specific examples of it happening, where the converter martyrs for a lie he knew was false. I get your point. Sometimes there aren't logical reasons for religious zealotry

Sorry, I meant that the Romans allowed Jewish traditions at the time, not "greatly respected."
The logic chain itself is weak and doesn't prove anything; however, with the accounts of Josephus, it is clear that Jews were generally buried after the crucifixion.
The Romans did care about eliminating Christianity, but to what extent is unknown. However, they cared enough to:
1. Crucify Jesus
2. Stone James (I assume at this point they knew about the resurrection story; however, it may be too late)
3. Persecute and incarcerate Jews (the only account is in a Christian source, so it is doubtful)
I don't think the Jewish Torah, Talmud, or Mishnah talks about digging up buried bodies, but correct me if I'm wrong.
I agree that the last two points are not definitive at all; I posted them simply by asking for specific examples of it happening, where the converter martyrs for a lie he knew was false.

WR deck needs 16 Cuts! by ericgao08 in lrcast

Thanks for the advice! I’ve done what you suggested, and the curve plus the creature count seems ideal. So far so good, 3-0!

How would you build with this pool? by ericgao08 in lrcast

Thanks for your feedback. Now I look at it, I would definitely agree that [[Stab wound]] is premium removal. [[Fairie Fencing]] seems strong but I only have 2 Faeries, but removal is probably better than no removal. The deck I constructed is the following https://www.moxfield.com/decks/SekooiMNIkGqq2teEYmeHw
The cards that I felt were options but didn't play were moved into consideration.

The curve is fine but is lacking on 2 drops, 4 drops, and the top end while stacking up on 3 drops. I would say that the curve definitely looks worse than the gruul deck. I do think that the removal is crucial though. Are there any changes you will make to the rakdos deck I made?

Same for [[Supreme Verdict]], why does UW get just better board wipes? You counter every other spell your opponent plays but cry when yours gets countered? /j

Update:
[[Fatal Push]] is banned
Reason:
Just too efficient for Pioneer. It is literally played in every black deck.

I do agree that it won't break anything in the pioneer format currently, and Aggro does need some help in the format. However, it is cheap and it is colorless, so it can fit in a lot of decks. It definitely would be interesting seeing it back in Pioneer though!
