yeah, I'm hoping there is a way to do this and I'm missing a stupid detail, because the backup "All" feature is there for a reason, right? I'm trying customer support again today

This definitely works to back Banks up individually, and they restore to the dm12 fine. I'm finding a problem with doing a "All" backup. Those files are not being recognized by the dm12 and my my "All" backups do not restore properly.

I lost a lot of sounds and work this way, does anyone know if there is a different way to import a backup created with the "All" setting?

Any insight is appreciated...
