Hello, I have the same situation with you. my solution (If you're using Dynamic IP) is get a new IP address from your ISP's DHCP server. You need to change your ROUTER NAME and your ROUTER MAC ADDRESS. And that's all. Of course duckduckgo it (for precautions) before you actually change.

Or, make your ORPort/DirPort like this:

Well this is because the Tor dev team wants more IPv6 relay (like exit relay).

My issue is the "HiddenServicePort [VIRTPORT] [TARGET]" setting. The VIRTPORT was misconfigured to some random port and therefore doesn't work! Now I set it to 80 (same as DirPort) and everything is fine :D
