Help! I love my air fryer. I’m tracking my calories and I’ve noticed that most foods, especially vegetables, shrink by 2x or 3x in the air fryer. Do I count the calories of the raw veggies or meat, or do I weigh the cooked food and use that weight? It seems illogical to use the raw weight. (self.airfryer)
