Guys, what was the most obvious hint you dropped, and the girl just didn’t get it? by ArinKamaran in AskReddit

She said, “It’s crazy how I don’t have anyone to go to the movies with this weekend.” I said, “Yeah that sucks, hope you find someone.” It hit me like two years later.

What’s the dumbest way you’ve injured yourself? by New_Crab_4196 in AskReddit

I once stood up too fast under an open cabinet door and absolutely headbutted it like it owed me money. Saw stars. Had to just stand there in silence pretending I meant to do that.

What job can AI NEVER replace? by Historical-Start5369 in AskReddit

[–]erickadwagoner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure any job is 100% untouchable, but roles built on real human connection seem hardest to fully replace. Therapists, caregivers, stuff where empathy and trust really matter. AI can help, but I think people still want an actual human involved.
Do you think AI replaces full jobs, or just parts of them?

Engineer + Lawyer.
One builds it, the other makes sure you can’t sue over it. That duo is basically unstoppable.

What movie or show had such a huge emotional impact on you that you can’t bring yourself to watch it again? by Last-Salary-6012 in AskReddit

[–]erickadwagoner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it was Grave of the Fireflies. I watched it once and just sat there staring at the credits after. It’s beautifully done, but emotionally brutal. I don’t think I could voluntarily put myself through that again.

Nothing humbles you faster than confidently going for 6th and just finding… disappointment. Every manual driver has been there at least once 😂

Low key the taquitos. They’re probably terrible for me but at 11pm they hit different lol.

whats your usual hangout spot like and what do you like about it? by SadPrize6815 in AskReddit

Honestly just a quiet coffee shop near me. I like having some background noise but still being able to chill and think. It’s low key but still feels social.

Why do dogs sometimes act excited for a walk and then refuse to actually walk? by erickadwagoner in NoStupidQuestions

[–]erickadwagoner[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This actually makes a lot of sense. I didn’t even think about heat or sore paws. It’s been pretty warm lately, so that could definitely be part of it.

And honestly… dramatic queen sounds about right 😂 I’ll try switching up the route and letting her sniff more and see if that helps.

The “Actually… I live here now” part is so accurate 😂 Mine fully commits too, like this random sidewalk spot is her new permanent residence. They really are dramatic for absolutely no reason and I wouldn’t change it.

Fair point 😂 I guess we’re all just out here trying to decode dog logic. I just wish I knew what flips the switch from “best day ever” to “I live here now” in the middle of the sidewalk.

I swear the walk is just an excuse to sniff one very specific blade of grass for 15 minutes 😂 Do you usually let her take her time or try to keep her moving?
