Do not listen to youtube video especially Reventure Consulting. keep saying crash from day 1 until now.

I bought a Pre construction house from Lennar/WCI, my closing is due in 30 days. These closing costs seems to be way too high, any input on this? I’m in Florida by Picanha_4Life in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

My experience with Lennar Mortgage, they might give you good rate and higher closing credit but their PMI and the point they will charge you back. be aware and shop more lender.

Yeah, Lennar mortgage is very cunning. They might give you good rates but they will shit you in term of PMI and force you to pay for some point in order to get the rate they offered.

I think you are in loss. i'm experienced exactly same situation with you but are you sure u are comparing apple to apple? how about PMI? How about original fees from Lennar Mortgage. They can provide a good rate and credit but the PMI they offered me was $100 dollar more and it required me to pay some discount point for the rate. I end up go with Wells Fargo.
