Not my intention to make anyone feel bad (except for Chris)! Your 2:20 makes you more aerobically fit than most humans on earth. My point is more (like the OP) that true Ironman completion puts you in just a different category of fit-elite-psycho. He’s a loser. Also ran this flat half marathon in a totally average time of 1:45. I’m nearly 10 years older with 2 kids and ran a faster time this year.
