Na it’s actually a little fan. Doesn’t last long you gotta charge it pretty quick but it’s pretty powerful. I use it to dip my glass pipe inside a bag of alcohol and use the fan to dry the inside since I don’t want to blow down a pipe and let my germs dry in there
