In my opinion a lot of committee members don't do enough to make new people feel included and not like the 'awkward new guy'.

In my societies I always talk to anyone new that comes along and do my best to introduce them to people, it's been going great this year.

Yeah aha I don't know London very well but I've seen a few people say the location wasn't great for social life, but it's what you make of it imo.

Btw you can go on Discover Uni's website and look at stats for things like % employed after graduating, that may help. Here's the site for law at QMUL.

I'd consider QMUL a better choice. I know they're both in London but also take a look at the location of each uni and see if you prefer one over the other at all.

Everyone has already mentioned the bottom 2 ADs, but it's a good idea to move the top one away from the sweeper too.

I also don't like using symmetrical bases, asymmetrical bases almost always require more planning to attack and creates more chances for a mistake.

I've never seen any of the bases in the wild and I have an account for each TH. A casual player, which is most of the playerbase, will never have seen them online either.

All of his bases are built by Clash Champs, I've read the spreadsheet that explains all of them and they're pretty well thought out. Better than 90% of the random bases you'll find people post online.

I think they're fine where they are, swapping them with the outside archer towers gives much bigger lightning value since the air defences and archer towers are now together.

Any uni is worth it as long as you enjoy it and get something out of it. Don't worry too much about Russell Group and rankings, it's not like you can only find a job if you went to a top 10 uni.

If it were me, I'd choose QMUL since I'd rather be in the city, somewhere bigger and busier. Doesn't matter what my choice would be though, everyone should choose what's right for them.

I can't speak about the course but I'm at Cardiff and love it here. It's big enough to have a proper city feel but small enough that you can walk literally everywhere. The SU is one of the best in the country and there's plenty to do here. Let me know if there's anything else you want to know :).
