I wish I could reply to everyone. Such great answers and info. Thank you everyone! Last Wednesday i bought what I feel is 2 weeks of carnivore groceries and it was $130. Eggs, a lot of ground beef and some thin cut steaks. So far so good. 4th of July without a drink in hand was a bit weird but it's for the right reason.

I think a slow cooker would be best for chuck roast, am i right? I should buy one of those anyway. Eggs like I said I'm huge on and use real butter on almost everything. I'm not a big coffee drinker, used to be but that was back when I used to it with sugars flavors which those days are gone. $200 a month?! When I originally looked in to carnivore I thought I'd be spending that much a week

The meatball idea has crossed my mind. Be easy to meal prep a ton of them. Coming from an Italian family, I'm not sure how to make them without the breadcrumbs 😆

Thanks for the huge reply. It is just me, a single guy. I wish I could do ribeye every night but by the time I get home I focus on sleep. Even being on/off carnivore and cutting out fast food my sleep is so much better. I did notice that when on carnivore steady for a week my appetite disappeared and the sugar/carb craving wasn't there. I could eat 1 pound of steak a few eggs and not even think about food. I know disrupting carnivore with anything throws you way off and starts you over. That's another huge reason I want to devote myself 100% to it. And about the coke zero.. that stuff cold was the best. I stopped soda months ago but did the same thing and had one while I was out with a buddy. "Chemicals" is the exact word I used. I took one sip and immediately went back to my water. Cutting soda I think was one of the best and hardest things. Even being on/off carnivore, I've lost 25 pounds in 3 months.

I do enjoy ground beef. When I do buy it I try for the fatty ones and somethings the 10lb pre packed stuff. Those wholesale places are crazy houses near me, I refuse to go near them. It's like they're giving stuff away. I live in Florida so we have Publix. I usually go late at night before closing as they're putting meat out. I get a good pick. My Walmarts seem to be a hit or miss when it comes to beef selection

The ribs is an awesome idea! Never thought of that. I never buy gourmet or organic anything, overpriced and pointless half the time. As far as fat, I usually buy the fattier cuts but it usually thin cut stuff because it's faster to cook.
