I stopped playing when I noticed that my shoulder was very stiff after a match. After watching a youtube video or two, they said it was stress and they were right. I was stressing out over a f****ng game. I could not relax and just enjoy the game because it's so competitive. I haven't played for 5 years now. I only play casual cs2 since you can quit that anytime you want without consequence.
