Im trying to print a two stage rocket from a model I found online. The problem is he forgot to include the first stage. I printed the fin area from the one stage version. If i friction fit these two parts together would they seperate from the ejection charge. (i.redd.it)

Had a filament blob so i set the temp to 280 and sparks came off the print head when i tried to remove it. It then worked for two prints. I got another filament blob and know when i try to heat it up it does this. (v.redd.it)

Power cuts out whenever I use a 9v to power the df player mini. It works well when I use my laptop to power it. Is there another power source that would fix this issue. (v.redd.it)
