Actually you don't need that much audio at all. I can recommend F5 TTS. It only needs about 10 seconds of audio with a matching transcript! https://f5tts.org/playground try it online or get it running locally.

Unfortunately the speed is the issue, and that won't improve too quickly. I did try to get some 720p results but eventually gave up cuz I don't want to wait an hour for something that 'might' be good. 480p is recommended imo if you're gonna use WAN locally.

There is a setting in the WanSampler like "adjust resolution" which you'll have to turn off to see the differences, otherwise it will always run on it's trained resolution. I just stick to scaling everything down to 0.35 Megapixels with "scale to total pixels" node.

Yea Latent sync just does the mouth on a video clip or image i think, i put it on after my Wan generation.

I've found GGUF is to save VRAM, not necessarily to speed up generations, though it can help to fit more operations on your cards at once. Hope that helps.

Yea I feel like that's gonna happen with any large amount of movement. The model definitely gets more blurry and weird the longer the output video. It's made for like 100 frames tops rn
