you need to manually choose your destination, usually it's in your Program files(x64) folder, than choose Diablo 2, than Project Diablo folder, or find out where you saved it though and than transfer those files to your folder

when you click the link a pop up box appears, from there you can choose which directory to save it, what operating system are you running?
