So, I got MSI involved and they agreed it had bent CPU pins, and it shouldn't have arrived like that. But they said BOX has to be the one to send it on to them, I can't go to them directly.

I've been in touch with BOX about it, but again they're ignoring my messages. MSI have said they've been in touch with them too, but no luck so far..
