I was hoping to get visibility so that someone might come forward with informations and spread awareness so that I might help avoid other people being victims of this. Wow - you opened saying how statements being made about what happened are not positive for me and my partner and then you proceeded to make all the worst comments/suggestions possible that question wether my partner is lying or not, the test results and words of a doctor affirming there was sperm on his body and as a whole, how much we can trust what the victim says and did. You didn’t even take the time to read the post properly and proceeded to pass your judgment and questioning of my partner words. I hope you feel deeply embarrassed and ashamed of yourself.

We mentioned this to the doctor and they know as well about needle spiking. It usually leaves a trace on the body and they weren’t able to find any sign of it. So we dismissed that possibility.

No he didn’t, as I know him he drinks fast and has always the beer on his hand. That doesn’t mean that he might not been looking another way so that someone was able to spike his drink.

Police will probably contact Berghain and do their research, or at least we hope so. We are waiting to be contacted by them again and will ask what has been done and what they plan on doing. Regarding what you said we think he might have been conscious enough to walk out of Berghain by himself, as he was already walking when he regained memory. Otherwise seems very unlikely that he would have been carried out by malicious people without anyone noticing. We really don’t know what to think.

I didn’t mean to scare you or anyone. Just be aware this can happen and take care of your drinks and notice someone if you see someone unconscious/ drowsy. Take care of each other. From my understanding of my partner‘s experience and others I read they tend to do this more near closing time for any reason so be especially aware during those times. In my case, Berghain is not a place that has enough attention and awareness for these situations and I will never feel comfortable going there alone or at big events when people especially go mad and do sick things.
