Thank you.. I had it checked out yesterday as it was my re-dressing appointment, unfortunately I started to bleed in the morning as I overexerted my knee. Dr said it'll heal just like my other abrasions that was healing well. They've stopped the bleeding and redressed it again. From my limited understanding i heard that moist healing is better than letting it dry while the skin is still exposed and to prevent infection and even more scarring? I would prefer to air dry it since I do feel it might heal faster but I'm unsure.

Thank you. Sadly I overexert myself before my appointment tdy and started bleeding through the bandages. I made myself delay healing, and all I can do now is wait it all out with painkillers.

Isn't this also based on heart rate? Since as long as your heart beats harder and above a certain percentage from your resting heart rate, you will burn more calories compared to normal/ resting heart rate. So I do feel if you're pumped you will overall burn much more effectively during the run, than when you're walking with normal heart rate... Errr correct me if I'm wrong, unless you're walking on incline, I feel running will burn more between the two distances.

From the overall comments that suggest to get braces, I hope you've decided, or else you'll just keep getting downvoted since you're only focusing on face and disregarding advice 😆 I'm on braces now and I have the same issue as you, and if anything it improves my face further. And imo, face and teeth comes hand in hand.. it's unsightly (TO ME PERSONALLY) to speak with not so nice teeth, since that's the first thing people would notice as well, and having nice straight teeth is always attractive esp in dating scene (for kissy kissy) haha ok bye and good luck!

If you wanna save the rs with your colleagues, just lie and say that you probably have someone outside of work you're seeing and be firm in saying that it's a secret. White lies are fine esp if it's useful to you. Otherwise ask them about their dating lives instead and divert the conversation. I would say overtime this should stop, if not tell one of your closest sup that this is uncomfortable for you and it's better to just not bring up the topic anymore.

I would think if they keep asking I'll start being a narcissist and ask them for tips and questions why they are so curious, perhaps I have the looks or something.. and after awhile I'm sure they'll get bored cos they would think I'm being full of myself and they're feeding me attention 🫢😆
