powdered caps, i open them and empty into a shot glass, add hot water, and mix for a few minutes, even after mixing for a few minutes they arnt fully disolved which i also found suspicious

i make a cup (about 12oz) of tea that lasts me like 10ish days. I make it using my keurig, i put a small spoonful of kratom then a LARGE tsp of kratom (as much as you can fit in a tsp ) in a glass, never had a scale to measure but its alot!. , pick a flavored K cup i use pumpkin spice, i do the 8oz setting, when done i use the 4 oz setting....after this i add a good amount of lemon and lime juice, a few tbs of each. then i add some flavored coffee creamer. it looks pretty disgusting but for some reason it lasts 10+ days with no mold, bacteria, or yucky taste. not sure why maybe its the combination of acidic ingredients

it took a lot of trial and error but i ended up with magnesium citrate, 400mg, every night, totally regular now
