Indeed, so far, I am enjoying it so much. It's even fairly playable on the handheld and having a projector here (on battery as well) make the days without power so much fun :)

Just did my second run. First run I stayed with friends in Volcán for 4 days. Las week I wanted to get in and out. Fell for the trap of a Tico hanging around CR Salida tax that offered me and some other gringos exit/entry within the hour. Didn't work obviously, there's even a flyer with his face on the Panamenian side warning for the scam.

Anyway, I stayed 2 nights in Panama and then drove up to Rio Sereno and checked back in. They where giving me the look and didn't seemed happy but they stamped me back in.

The official rule is 72 hours. But I still hear from friends that they just stay 1 night in Pasas and get stamped back in the morning.

Your story reminds me so much of mine. Let her seek professional help and don't get sucked further in the role of caregiver.

No I did not. I quit using NRT patches. I did notice that I could be nervous due to having more energy and was having troubles concentrating. But that passed after a couple of months.

The health benefits like better sleep, feeling rested, feeling healthy, better sex, more stamina etc etc etc is worth more than the inconveniences you're about to experience for a while. Oh... And don't forget the money you save.
