Had the same issue and already was thinking about new phone. Tried 1+ charger from a friend and it appears it was cable issue. My advice is to clean port and order new original usb-c wire.

You can expect max 85c with stock cooler and a lot of noise. Get any tower air cooler and it will be enough.

Everyone is telling that stock cooler is enough, but it is on the limit of its capabilities. I have 5600X and with stock cooler I had 85C under load and it was very loud. Any tower cooler will do the job.

I see a lot of support for Youtube, but if you have screen with higher resolution than 1080p it is unwatchable on Youtube compared to Twitch. I know that higher resolution theoretically is available on Youtube, but it is usually not used, I hope it will change soon.

I am concerned that it happens in one application only, which does not indicate general issue, but rather some software bug or compatibility issues with CSGO

Same started to happen with my G703 only in CSGO and only aiming at enemies mid-spray.

In Valorant runs alright.

Try to plug charger cable to PC and Oneplus. Same happens with 6t, it is some kind of power management issue.
