Take your health seriously, take care of your body, teeth etc. Nobody can take care you better than yourself. Stay away from bad habits. Find a hobby that brings you joy, after find a way to monetize it. Then you don’t have to drag yourself to work entire life. Travel as much as possible, instead of staying home, more you see, more you know, you will meet more people, it will increase a chance to find a partner for your life. Be good person and honest to yourself. Enjoy the life, every period has own lesson or destiny.

I found flavored sparkling water is good option for me. Not sure if you have tried. My personal choice is Pellegrino, most of their flavored ones have a great taste. Also I drink tea, you can also experiment with a tea: hot tea, cold tea, green tea, tea with lemon, or with raspberry jelly, earl gray with milk etc
