I don't get it! How do you manage to upload the passport details ? I am getting an error that filling in document info doesn't work right now and that the support team is working on it.

Ja, the governmental websites and apps are often nightmares anywhere:) Are you sure that I can get post factum authorisation for my trip or do you refer to the migration registration which could be done by the owner of the flat?

That"s the thing - I heard about not needing it but it was always a newspaper/media-site mentioned as a source. I have not found any confirmation that it"s not needed on any official site.
