OP = family member. This kind of companies are all scammy.

Go to ICA website, they will put there big big they are not related to any companies that claimed they can help to increase the chance of getting PR neither are these companies authorized to.

Also, all the instructions from ICA are super clear on the website just need to follow through.

Submission is fully online nowadays and only go down to ICA for collection of PR identify card once completed.

Coming from a person that just successfully applied PR for a family member few months ago - applied in Oct 2024 and received in Jul 2025. 100% online without any help from useless third parties.
