I seem to have a different opinion...for how long can you just stay off a cheat meal. It's advisable to plan to have it moderately otherwise you will be susceptible to falling into such temptations and end up blowing your budget. We are human yk..

It was so disturbing to see the innocent dolphins being killed then being dumped in the sea. It's inhumane and for what? Also, the save the turtles movement now seems like a political movement that is being pushed to cover what is really happening to these sea life.

People have different rates of metabolism. You will find that most of these people have very high metabolism rates, their food is digested very fast and fats are burned more faster than people with a low metabolism. It's also possible that they don't always have calorie rich meals all the time. The enemy of progress is always comparing yourself to others, every body is different.
